TigerTalks

TigerTalks in the City, TigerTalks on the Road, and TigerTalks Digital are PEC-sponsored educational and networking programs that feature faculty and alumni entrepreneurs across a wide range of startup sectors.

Previous panels have focused on topics such as blockchain technologies, AI in the fintech sector, water sustainability, smart cities, arts entrepreneurs in live theatre, autonomous vehicle solutions, computer vision applications, gaming, genomics, and female and Black alumni entrepreneurs, among many others.

TigerTalks in the City brings the innovative research of Princeton faculty to New York City on a quarterly basis. The events feature a panel discussion on an interdisciplinary topic, followed by a networking reception for Princeton students, alumni, faculty, and friends of Princeton. The events started in 2016 in New York City and have been very popular among entrepreneurially-minded alumni. TigerTalks has now expanded to other cities, with the first TigerTalks on the Road in the spring of 2018 in the San Francisco Bay Area (and since in cities from Boston to Chicago and Washington, D.C. to Atlanta). Beginning in April 2020, PEC launched its first virtual TigerTalks Digital event, and this also led to PEC’s first global event, held virtually in Paris in October 2020).
