The Princeton Fintech and Quant Conference at Princeton University will feature speakers and panelists from leading trading firms, banks, and hedge funds from around the country, as well as from financial technology firms and startups. Our speakers will provide real fintech and quant insights from the trenches. The biggest trend right now in the Fintech space is blockchain technology. While Database and Networking technologies have evolved separately over the years, blockchain is at the intersection of these technologies and it enables systems that maintain a single version of data across a network using consensus algorithms. These consensus algorithms are based on cryptography concepts. This year's conference will feature speakers from this space as well as educational talks and workshops.
