
Adetola Olatunji ‘11 is a VC and early-stage investor focused on verticals such as the future of work (enterprise), edtech, fintech, SMB tech, digital health and consumer, including AI applications. As an investor, she’s held roles across firms including Primary Venture Partners, New Profit, Rethink Education and Kapor Capital. Prior to this, she also spent several years leading diligence in small businesses for six markets with Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, and working closely with startups as a Business Analyst with Dhar Law LLP. With 13+ years of experience as an investor, operator, Board member and consultant, Adetola is passionate about investing in technologies that advance how we work, earn, learn and live. The daughter of serial entrepreneurs, she caught the entrepreneurial bug working in her family businesses to scale operations and drive strategy across healthcare technology, supply chain logistics and labor marketplaces before becoming an investor. Adetola is passionate about supporting mission-driven founders leveraging entrepreneurship to drive venture-scale returns. In 2021, Adetola received the HBCUvc Emerging Venture Leaders Award. She is a Toigo Fellow, member of BLCK VC, and leader in the Turner MIINT Impact Investing Alumni Council. Adetola received her AB from Princeton University and her MBA from Columbia Business School.
