Adi has spent over 25 years working in the technology, communications, media and entertainment industries. He has extensive experience in subscription businesses with both B2B and B2C business models.

Adi currently offers fractional CFO/COO services to growth companies looking for seasoned strategic and financial expertise to help scale efficiently.

Adi has spent the past decade as a CFO at the Muse, Smartling and Rhapsody/Napster. Prior to his CFO roles, Adi was a growth capital investor with Sandler Capital Management. Adi began his operating career in the wireless industry with AirTouch Communications.

Adi enjoys mentoring and developing people so that they can reach their full potential and achieve their career goals.

Adi lives in Larchmont, NY with his wife Linda P’92, his sons Kesin Ryan Dehejia P’20 and Kamal Ryan Dehejia (Binghamton ‘23) and his two dogs.
