
Andrew Eil (SPIA MPA *09) is a consultant specializing in climate change policy and capital markets, climate risk and resilience, and development finance. He is currently Head of Climate Risk for North America with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he provides advisory services for banks, insurers, and other financial institutions. He has previously been a partner at Climate Finance Advisors, a boutique consultancy, and worked for the U.S. Department of State, World Bank Group, and UN agencies, among other clients, on climate change-related diplomatic initiatives, programs, and investing. An active climate tech angel investor, Andrew is also an advisor to numerous climate tech startups and serves as a super-angel sourcing investment opportunities for Alumni Ventures. Andrew is an opinion writer for the Observer and Illuminem on sustainability and climate change issues.
