Chelcie Taylor is Vice President at Notable Capital where she invests in application layer SaaS, including vertical SaaS, SMBTech, AI, and the API economy. She currently holds six board observer roles, including Arteria.ai, Heard, Realm, Stream, Pinwheel, and Mindee. In addition to her leadership of Notable’s AI initiative, Chelcie oversees the firm’s annual SMBTech 50 list and API-First Index, showcasing the most promising private companies in each category. Chelcie’s contributions extend to the broader VC ecosystem as she provides resources to support the advancement of Black and female investors as a member of BLCK VC and All Raise. She received a B.A. in Political Science from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
