Dror is a corporate lawyer focusing on venture formation and financing, mergers and acquisitions and commercial and IP agreements. He is a Partner at Rimon PC, a global virtual law firm. Previously, he was the General Counsel of a venture fund that focused on corporate spinouts and the General Counsel of a venture-backed videoconferencing company. Dror mentors for the Princeton Entrepreneurial Council and the Jewish Entrepreneurs Network. He currently serves on the legal advisory board of the Angel Capital Association and previously served on the model forms drafting committee for the National Venture Capital Association.
