
Ed Zschau is a Partner at Parker Remick, a boutique retained executive search firm. Ed's practice focuses on Product and Engineering leadership recruitment for start-ups backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia Capital, and Menlo Ventures. Ed’s clients include Arsenal Bio, Cedar, Everlaw, Headway, H1, Komodo Health, Niantic, Newfront, Ripple, and Tally. Prior to joining Parker Remick in 2018, Ed managed his own retained search firm, Inductus Associates, where he completed over 160 retained searches. Ed earned an MBA from Stanford and a Politics degree from Princeton. Ed is a proud member of the Great Class of 1986. One of his fondest Princeton-related experiences was driving over 1600 miles to Princeton in an orange Jeep with his good friend, Jim Cohen, to celebrate their 30th Reunion. Ed is active with his kids’ educational foundations and coaches youth sports. He and his wife, Christina, live with their children, Isabelle and Grant, in Menlo Park, California.
