Heidi is a Managing Partner at Rethink Impact, LP, the largest VC fund in the country dedicated to investing in female leaders using tech to solve the world’s greatest challenges. Former President of New Island Capital Management, a mission-focused investment advisor to a single ultra-high net worth family. Previously, Heidi worked in India D.light as an Acumen Fund Fellow and was a Director at Pacific Community Ventures, an impact-focused private equity investor. Previously, she worked with AOL Time Warner Ventures, Deutsche Bank, and Credit Suisse First Boston.

She co-created and teaches the “Investing for Good” course at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and she serves on the Investment Committee for the Stanford GSB Student Impact Fund. Heidi serves on the External Advisory Council for Innovation and Entrepreneurship under the Dean of Research at Princeton University and is an active member of All Raise, co-leading their VC Cohorts program to help close the gap for women in venture capital. She is a board director for OnCue and Ketos and is a board observer for Culina Health, Full Harvest, Angaza, and Univfy.
