Jay spent the last 5-years as Head of Global Demand Planning at Tesla, working on vehicle and battery manufacturing and deployment. Prior to Tesla, he received his MBA and Masters in Design Innovation from Northwestern. He has also worked at the Department of Energy and IBM's Energy Analytics Group. He received his BA from Princeton in the School of Public and International Affairs.
