After graduating, Lauren went straight to the trading floors of Morgan Stanley in NY & London, then quit in 2009 to start I.AM.YOU., a first of its kind health/wellness/fitness business, which she exited in 2019.

Lauren has been featured in over 500 items of press, spoken for over 35,000 people worldwide, and published a Best Selling book, RETOX, with Penguin Random House.

Lauren additionally writes on Between the Waves, is a Member of the Board of HearMe and Delphos Holdings, a Board Advisor for LYNK, Lada, Aphrodite Health, Women in Innovation, and The Sunny Center Foundation, is the Chief of Staff and Chief Branding Officer of Delphos Capital, a women-run Impact Investment Group, and is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Association, a first of its kind global leadership community of ambitious, extraordinary career women.
