Luke Armour founded Chaac Ventures in March 2015 after recognizing the lack of investment vehicles to support early-stage companies founded by Princeton students, alumni and professors. Chaac became this vehicle, providing first-check funding for Princeton alumni founders, and the opportunity to invest in, and leverage the power of the Princeton network. Prior to founding Chaac, Luke was an associate and founding team member of Arrowroot Capital, a SaaS-focused growth equity firm based in Santa Monica, CA. Previously, Luke has held positions at boldstart ventures, a tech venture capital firm in NYC, and Brown Advisory (BIA), a global asset management firm based in Baltimore.
While at Princeton, Luke was awarded the John T. Schroeder Class of 1992 Award his senior year, which recognizes one member of the lacrosse team whose embodiment of character and selfless devotion has the greatest impact on the community.
