Pae is a General Partner at SOSV and CTO at IndieBio, a venture capital firm specializing in early-stage deep tech start-ups solving problems of human and planetary health. Long a fan of emerging technologies, especially at the intersection of engineering and biology, Pae started her career in defense R&D funding before joining a corporate moonshot factory. She holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Princeton and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Duke.
