Rachel Yee is the Head of Operations at Polimorphic, a gov tech startup building the future of constituent management for municipalities. Prior to Polimorphic, Rachel was the Chief of Staff at Cowboy Ventures in Palo Alto and helped to launch a first time VC fund, True Equity in Philadelphia. She also worked on strategic projects for the CEO of True Search. Rachel aims to apply her sociology background to better map out the funder and founder ecosystem to provide more equitable opportunities for people from underrepresented backgrounds.
